The special award winners at this year’s Best Restaurants Guide event.
Mr Antoine Capelli, Restaurant Manager of Raffles Grill, and Mr Royston Soo, Director of Restaurants of Les Amis, accepted the Best Service Award.
Mr Julien Brockers, General Manager of Saint Pierre, received the Hall of Fame Award on behalf of the restaurant.
Mr Seth Blagen, General Manager of Morton’s of Chicago, accepted the Hall of Fame Award.
Mr Royston Soo went up on stage for the second time to receive another award for Les Amis—Hall of Fame.
Chef Andre Chiang of Restaurant Andre also received the Hall of Fame Award.

After the awarding session, guests were treated to delectable Italian food at Baci Baci, which is also one of the restaurants included in the guide.
The event wouldn’t really be complete without delectable canapes from the participating restaurants.
Jim Thompson spiced up the guests’ night with some sublime Thai offerings.
Mandarin Oriental’s chefs satiated the guests’ cravings for more gourmet food.
Providing that much needed tipples for the event were San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna Toscana.
Nara Thai proved that it deserves a spot in the Best Restaurants Guide with its delicious offerings at the gala.
Jazz band, Noir, provided the music entertainment for the night.
The Peroni ladies were all set to serve guests.
SilkRoad was also there to offer more choices.
Vittoria Coffee provided the perk-me-up drink for the night.
