We all love a good brunch menu and if that's what you are looking for, homegrown restaurant P.Bistro provides just that with their second outlet at Palais Renaissance shopping centre. The bistro is founded by chef Min Yee who had honed her craft at Singapore's Shatec Institute before earning her stripes at two of the world's best culinary schools, LeCordon Bleu and Ecole LeNôtre in France.

This new outlet comes after the first at Owen Road and features an additional all day brunch menu. Look forward to Chef Min Yee's signature western dishes that come with an Asian touch like the 'Nonya Dory' served on a fresh banana leaf or the special duck leg stew braised to perfection. Dessert and pastry lovers can also expect delectable treats such as the Yuzu cheesecake, chocolate éclairs as well as the freshly baked croissants, which are made with two different types of butter.
