The seabass ceviche and the Balvenie 12YO doublewood, known for its richness and complexity, sets the tone for dinner, followed by options including the slow-roasted pork with the 14YO and the venison loin with the 17YO. The highlight is the exceptionally crafted Balvenie 30YO. Round, complex and with floral honey notes, it goes well with the selection of cheeses it’s served with to end the meal.
