If you believe good food and good wines make a great pair, you might want to save the date for Bedrock Bar & Grill’s wine pairing dinner, which takes place on July 19. The dinner features pours from Margaret River’s Amelia Park Wines, as well as head chef Isaac Tan’s mouthwatering creations.
On the menu are dishes like scallop tartare, enhanced with the fresh and crisp Amelia Park Trellis Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2016, as well as the confit chicken paired with the rich and luscious Shiraz 2014. The main event is the cured wagyu brisket with mozzarella and melon, served with a glass of the winery's elegant Chardonnay 2015.
Joining guests at the one-night-only event is Amelia Park’s representative, Jannik von Freiesleben, who’ll share more about the wines served.
