Most of us know celebrity chef Audra Morrice as a resident judge on MasterChef Australia and host of the Australian show, Tasty Conversations. And every time we see her display her culinary skills on the shows, we can’t help but want to try her sumptuous food.

Ready your appetite for you’ll be tucking into sumptuous signatures which include steamed barramundi with XO, black bean & spring onions; crisp Szechuan pepper pork belly “sang choi bao” with pickled vegetables, nori and honey chilli miso; as well as the lemongrass & kaffir lime braised beef short rib with chilli, tamarind and gula melaka.
