Café Mosaic exudes a relaxed atmosphere with its modern furnishing and open space concept. While the dining area’s set-up is not as spectacular, families will find the place comfortable for gatherings. Discreet corners are available for business guests who might want more privacy when enjoying their meals.

Café Mosaic is a must-visit restaurant for its local and international spread. When you drop by for a meal, take the time to explore the buffet and check out the varieties of dishes. The Singapore nonya laksa stands out for its presentation and taste. The thick and luscious gravy is delicious and full of flavour, and the accompanying prawns are fresh and de-shelled for a hassle-free eating.

The signature burger—under the meats section—comes with a thick beef patty that is cooked to your preferred doneness. The accompanying wedges or chips are fried just right that they get a nice crisp. Another signature is the charcoal grilled salmon, worth a try for its fresh meat with a hint of smokiness.  Perfect for sharing, the seafood pizza has a nice thin crust and is topped with a deliciously thick and gooey mozzarella cheese.

The wine list is extremely focused, so there’s not much variety of reds or whites. For more options, choose from the selection of international beers or juices.

The service attitude of the waitstaff are professional, especially those who are manning the kitchen stations.
